After removal from the donor vehicle all transmissions are stored in our warehouse to keep them protected from the elements until the time of sale. Once sold the transmission is degreased, steam cleaned and goes through its final quality control inspection. All transmissions shipped out of town are strapped and shrink wrapped to a pallet and sent on a freight truck. All automatic transmissions include the torque converter. 4x4 Transmissions will not include the transfer case. Audi and Subaru transmissions or any AWD vehicles that have internal transfer cases and differentials are an exclusion; we do not open them or remove those parts from the transmissions.
