Based on eBay's published US rates: a 13.6% final value fee for parts and accessories, or 12.7% with a store subscription, plus a per-order fee of $0.40 ($0.30 on orders of $10 or less), plus the store subscription itself, shown at their cheaper annual-plan price. We match the store tier to the listing room each Part Swap plan gives you: Basic ($21.95) against Pro, Premium ($59.95) against Business. Card processing is included on both sides. Not counted on their side: promoted listing fees, insertion fees past the allotment, or the reduced 2.35% rate on the portion of any single sale above $7,500, which used parts rarely reach.
