Description You are looking at a used OEM engine pulled from the vehicle shown above. When new vehicles arrive, our experienced inventory staff will run the car to operating temperature. We check for any smoking, leaking or noises and then run a compression test. When dismantled, the car will again be brought up to operating temperature to ensure that the engine is running properly. The engine is then placed in our warehouse to be protected from the elements until the time of sale. Once sold the engine is degreased, steam cleaned and goes through its final quality control inspection. Engines shipped out of town are strapped and shrink wrapped to a shipping pallet and sent on a freight truck. All engines are sold as a long block which includes Oil pan, Block, Heads and Valve Covers. Any other included components are considered convenience items and are not covered by our Guarantee. You should expect to use your existing intake manifold(s), exhaust manifold(s), sensors, and harness to eliminate complications when installing a used engine. All engines are sold without starter, alternator, steering pump, turbo, supercharger, Ac compressor, Coil packs, distributors, plastic engine covers, throttle bodies and ECU. After removal from the donor vehicle all transmissions are stored in our warehouse to keep them protected from the elements until the time of sale. Once sold the transmission is degreased, steam cleaned and goes through its final quality control inspection. All automatic transmissions include the torque converter. 4x4 Transmissions will not include the transfer case. Audi and Subaru transmissions or any AWD vehicles that have internal transfer cases and differentials are an exclusion; we do not open them or remove those parts from the transmissions. Manual transmissions will not include any part of the clutch assembly. We recommend changing the filter, fluid and pan gasket on all transmissions during the installation.
